I like it. though i do agree with the one above to add more shading to her left arm. I also think that the eyes are pretty, but you made them a bit to big, but thats just in my opinion, so it's nothing to be to serious about XD. All in All it's a very good picture ^_^

Or put more contrast to the shading.
Maybe give her a bit more of a back so the arm doesn't look like it's flat on top of the back. Also give the left arm (her left) some more shading to make it look rounder.
Still it looks good.
