The Design is already complete and will be sent AFTER the payment is complete. If your offering ART, etc you MUST finish the piece before I show the adopt due to how many people end up dropping deals halfway through the process... ;-;They're offer to adopt! You can offer points, USD (Dollars), art (please show examples), customs, characters, etc.
You can mix offers!
DONT send points/USD/etc until I tell you so to avoid confusion!!
