EDIT: I tried everything to change this so it's useable for dA, but I can't get it under 15 km. I'm sorry guys.I guess it's just a pretty wolf to look at.

The file size turned out to be too big for dA. Feel free to tinker with it to get it to fit, but if you figure out how to make it fit, please tell me so I can update this icon for the public.

But, when I download some picture which is moving, it's just a picture. And is not moving.

As long as the picture is being saved in its original format (.gif) then it should still be animated.
