SF stands for Smallfonts, the Number is the Font size.
This sheet is made for simple pen&paper Character sheets, giving space for a little bit of background, some equipment and most importantly: stats!
Based on a simple pen&paper system i played at a friends place, the Skills give +2, +1, -1 and -2 on dice results.
Other players get the skills one chooses for their character at +/-0
