My newest MLP: FIM fanart!Sapphire Shores! The pony of Pop!
Requested by which is good because I had planned to work on Sapphire Shores since her outfit is just so nice!
So classy.
To me her outfit, like Photo Finish, came off as shiny and "silky," which is exactly how I chose to portray it.
I don't know what the part above her tail is, but I see it as cotton, so chose to do cotton.

Well, she's the Pony of Pop, right? Pop as in 'popular music' as in 'what is in'. Lady Ga-Ga seems to be 'in' these days (if I'm wrong, forgive me but I'm not into mainstream music, I prefer European electronic with no singing... and Pink Floyd). When Sapphire said 'costume changes' for her reason in commissioning Rarity for five more outfits with bedazzling jewels, I though: "Ga-Ga!" Because I remember that was something that Weird Al poked fun about in his newest parody and music video "Perform This Way" was that Ga-Ga does costume changes a LOT.
