A step-by-step guide to making Merangue Cookies.please note, merangue cookies are not the same kind of merangue as the kind found on the top of pies.
this recipe's the one i've been using since i was 13, and i've modified it over time so that it's become a cross between the Company's Coming one, and my Great Granny's.
