I didn't think of that, maybe I was inspired by it being summer in my country (Australia). I think England looks beautiful, I love the cold/rain/snow.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS5. But because this was made with pixels, you could really use any program that had a pixel/pencil tool. Or one that you could created pixel squares without any fuzzy bits.
