Y-you see .u. Hisoka was a guinea pig for sort of time in the 12th division. And we know many shinigami's in 12th div. are a bit crazy, especially Kurotsuchi. So, 12th division invented potion which can make man pregnant with another man. Ofc, Hisoka tried it, without telling Usui [Yukio] anything, just because he didn't believe the potion may work. But oh well, surprise~
