I don't have Photoshop CS3 anymore since I restored my computer, but my computer comes with an old version of Photoshop Elements
WHICH FREAKING DOESNT HAVE THE PEN TOOL
But I'm kinda glad that it doesn't cause I need to learn to line without that thing, and plus I think this turned out pretty well without it. <33

One time when I was at my cousin's house he has a Weimaraner named Layla and one night we were bored and she was acting all spazzy so we got some of his clothes and dressed her up lol
