A friend of mine saw something similar on someone's stream. I asked around to see if anyone had released such a mod and it seemed like no one had. I'
m unsure of who to credit for the idea but I believe the mod was made by the Tekken streamer Miirio. So I'll link his twitch channel below. (Good Lee player btw).

It may clash with any ACTUAL locked characters you may have due to not owning the DLC. Simply 'unlock' them with the method below and then it should look fine again.

NOTE: This mod DOES NOT actually lock or unlock characters for play. It only makes them LOOK locked. The mod was made for streamers and people who only play a select few characters in mind. Please stop asking if this mod unlocks the DLC characters for free. It doesn't. This mod is PURELY COSMETIC.

To Install;
Place the entire 'LockedCharacters' folder into your ~mods folder.
Usually located "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 7\TekkenGame\Content\Paks\~mods"

To 'Unlock' Characters;
To 'unlock' the characters, you must either delete their individual files in the LockedCharacters folder or simply change their file extension from .pak to something else.

Example; change Dragunov_P.pak to Dragunov_P.file.
