I love the color scheme here, as well as the fan shaped object in the sky. I also like that you have a few blue projections overlapping the object; it helps with the illusion of distance. To me, it looks like the river is a path or road floating above a blue forest because the river overlaps it on the right. If that's what you meant to do, it looks really cool, reminds me of DKR space race tracks for the N64.
