Perfectly composed, you created a wonderful transition and yet do the single parts stand - almost proudly, I'd say - on their own. I like it.

O ... I love this technique. I haven't tried it in ages and you have inspired me!
Your use of color is exquisitely expressive. The spacing gives the illusion of bars or a multi-tych ... ... is that a word? I feel i am peering into a special world.
Thanks for sharing.

I like too the idea of cutting and pasting....... but sometimes they dont look as one............. but this painting is a good example of good cutting and pasting....... it gives you so much to experiment with

Very nice good way to break up your thinking creatively and go some where new. I often do this and then paint the frankenstein work later. I find it freeing to cut and past things that would normally go together.
Peace

I also find it helpful to examine a piece IN pieces, if that makes sense. Often what doesn't appeal to you as a whole still has elements to it that are fun or funky or speak to you in some other way. Breaking a piece down into smaller elements helps one focus on that aspect of it.
