Consider commissioning me? I have to pay back my parents for $651 worth of computer repairs.

Did I ever mention how cute this is? *checks* No? Well my bad, cause it is VERY cute. Your chibis are still the rockin' bestest.
Ya know, I was just thinking about my commission and it occurs to me. . .at this rate. . .I'd probably get that pic around my bday in December. Which would be like doubly awesome.

I have...105! I would live off of them if I could. They're a great investment. Unfortunately, they're 1.75$ each...

I actually only own about 50-ish copics and about 60 prismacolors....
Tip wise...just ractice and look at tutorials here on dA, that was how I've been learning. I've been doing marker for about 3 years now...Ah, make sure you have decent paper. I use cardstock or in this case it was on some nice recycled sketchbook paper.

Yeah, I've heard lost of people use bristol but I never have. You can get a 100 pack of cardstock at most officsupply stores for $5-$6 tho.

No problem C: The cardstock I usually use is I think 65lb white bristol cardstock. It should say right on the pack the weight.

65lb? ???? THATS REALLY HEAVY

LOL. 65lb paper means that one ream of paper (500 sheets) weights 65lbs. Normal printer paper is about 20lb paper.

That gold gel pen effect is gorgeous~ ♥ I love doing that.
One thing I love doing with designs in glittery pen (esp. gold or silver) is to make the design and then on the bottom half of the design, with a /reeaaally/ thin pointed black pen, draw "shadows" that kind of attach the gold parts to the rest of the picture better. Here's an example; [link] I did it most noticeably on the corset and under the beads on the skirt.
It's fun to toy around with. ^__^

Thank you! I've done a little of that in the past but I had so little time to do this it just needed to be finished OTL But I will probably use that technique more in the future as it does have a nice look to it and brings out the designs more C: I need to find my silver pen OTL It went MIA.
