I love this! You've got so much color in a subject that's traditionally comprised of dark and muddy colors. <3

I just love the details of this. From the blood shot eyes and to the slight blue veins you can see all over his body, I truly love it!!

I like it and all but it looks like a video game enemy than a zombie due to the eyes. If the eyes were a milky white or a dusty yellow, then you got a zombie.

in order for a zombie to be able to perform basic movements, at least part of its brain must be preserved along with the spinal cord and nerves. but this is not enough. some muscles must be alive and responsive, also the digestive tract...and the receptors of corse. if the thing that is keeping a zombie functional is able to preserve the structures in inner ear - those responsible for perceiving gravity (without them a biped is not able to stand up and walk Β - even a sober and living one needs other senses, brain capable of imagining himself as a puppet and a lot of practice to do anything ... my point is that a zombie must have some parts of its body essential for its survival preserved in their original conditon, or near it. so why not eyes as well ?

Well... I figured since the body is dead, and the brain is in a state where it functions without the need of oxygen (I forgot the word) and lost most of its previous abilities, including healing. And since zombies lost the need to blink, the dust or environment has damaged the eyes to the point they lost the original color due to tiny scratches on the eyeball surface. This applies to the rest of the body, which leaves the zombie to "live" for five to ten years in a standard environment.

to say the truth I wanted to make it more "human" and less "creature" Β
