Description
Instead of letting her design and concept wither away in my files, lemme see if I can find a home for her.She hails from the Sky of the Worlds where scarce pockets of land float in what seems like an endless sky. Her people have wings that grow from various parts of their bodies and wear customized scarves in which they weave the magic of flight. The wings are more like benign growths; they rarely can support flight on their own. When feeling strong emotions, the wings may suddenly grow bigger, which can sometimes be a pain.
