Looks good, but the hair moving up and down looks too forced. Try making it more natrual. Clothing could use a better palette or shading, I can't really tell. And no unique sprites to be seen, but this won't be held against you since this is still wip. White background and lacks proper organization makes it look like a noob sheet XD. But that's just me. You should've picked a slightly different run, I fell like it's too....odd for a female styled like that. There is nothing wrong with it...but when do you see a girl running like a tomboy?
Design has it's perks, but the highlighted bangs seem to be just there. There is no transition or any evidence that it should be blue. The tail looks amazing for animations, so that's a plus. The hair is very realistic looking with a strong sense of gravity. Size seems consistant, which is actually the first time someone did it right XD.
