Description
I've seen quite a lot of pictures with characters walking on really shallow water with an almost perfect reflection of the sky, and I really, really loved that. Tried it out for myself here~Later found out these are based on salt flats, usually Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia.

for the water to remain like this.
Plains like these can only exist in places
without wind and animals moving through them.
The mirrow-like appearence would get destroyed then.

Not really; I've seen photos of the Bolivian salt flat as reference and you still get a mirror-like reflection even with a walking/jumping person or moving vehicle, albeit a bit distorted but you can still make out the object's form in the reflection.
