Hermes v1 from Fortuna meets TV from Unusual Battle. I mean, besides the TV head thing the two characters have kind of similar personalities (ignoring TV's red form where she acts completely insane but let's ignore that)Other than that this is completely random and dumb that appeared in my head randomly xd
