EDIT: The uniform is gray with white trimmings, shoes and armgaurds also. It was just my colored pencil that sucked.

This is my proposal of an idea for our village uniform. It's okay I guess, I spent a lot of time looking up flak jackets on Narutopedia.
The village,
#SnowflakesVillage Just so you know, it's black or navy blue clothing, just the flak jacket is gray and white. But my black colored pencil just didn't work that way.
Flack jackets are usually worn by jonin and chuunin, if you're genin then you wouldn't wear these.
I hope its good.

The shoes, are they the same hue of gray as the uniform itself or slightly lighter? I made those white now, but I see I need to fix that
