Well, not really. When I first used it, it was hard until I got used to it. I remember when I used to draw on MS Paint which is useless now and dA muro.

I would download Photoshop, but I was afraid of getting viruses. Unless it's from a site I can trust, then I wouldn't be afraid. I've used that program when I was in high school.

Oh, okay. Well, there's also a really good art program called, FireAlpaca. Umm, there is also one called Paint Tool SAI so you might wanna check those out, almost everyone uses them. Plus, they are both easy to use.
