I'm pretty sure the 'And what's the deal' Part is from a character on Seinfeld, and the Master is hungry all the time. That's why he's talking about craving food. And no problem!

also the people who changed giving birth or having sex.
imagine, for a split second, the master was giving birth to himself, conceiving himself, and having sex with himself.
this of course would occur in a version of events in which no one got a horrible migraine for about 20 seconds prior.
