Running all the lights with the girl of his dreams...
So, as I spectacularly crashed and burned, I will tell you all- this year, when filling out my "2013 in art" I made a resolution: in 2014, I would upload one piece of art every month! January- check. February- check. March- ... nope. And, I almost missed April too, but here you go!
I started this, and another, piece back in early April, shortly after Sonata Arctica released their latest (and amazing!) album "Pariah's Child". My main inspiration for this was the song "Running Lights", which is amazing. All types of amazing.
.. anyway, enough of my praise for Sonata. But they're amazing.
This is Abraham, played by Timely-Studios over at Helovia . Back in December I opened up a request slot, which she snagged, and asked me to do this boy.
Originally I maybe wouldn't have gone with this kind of concept for him, but while listening to the song I got this image in my head and figured hey, why not kill two birds with one stone?I hope you like it, Time!
