Thanks for the comments,appeciate it. But yeah,this is what he actually wears in MK4. Like you,I still prefer the classics.
Also on MK I my gallery,I have other sketches of other MK characters like my other faves Johnny Cage and Kung Lao as well as a MK mini comic starring cage and scorpion in some brief battle scenes.

Really awesome, dude. Scorpion is one of my favorite characters from Mortal Kombat. We all know how "GET OVER HERE!" is his catch phrase that everybody knows him for. But what's also funny is that in the SNES version of the first game, he says "COME HERE!" instead of "GET OVER HERE!" But even though they both mean the same thing, I think "GET OVER HERE!" sounds better. At least they kept that in the movie.

Thanks for the reply as always MDT,much oblidged. Another thing about me sketching scorpion in this sketch I decided to use his classic yellow ninja costume,because for me his later costumes get a little too accessorized and detailed for me to follow.
At least his color,skull and spear rope remains pretty much intact,except I saw in trailers for him in the new and upcoming Mortal Kombat X his spear rope becomes a chain and not one but two chains come out of his hand..Freaky at that!
Well,I guess you could call that progress even for MK.
