What long pretty hair she has! 
All my friends are uploading such amazing art and I'm over like,
"Why can't I get better!? Why is my art so sucky?!"
Bleh. Seeing good art makes me jealous but it does not inspire me to go and get better.
It makes me wanna curl up in a ball and sob self pitying tears of sadness.

I know the feel exactly. I mean, people like LightningKin and VengefulSpirits make me very very jelly.
But seeing these galleries only makes me want to catch up with them more, so I try harder than usual.

Nope. Seeing talented people just makes me....sad.
I really need to get in that mind set of no matter what my drawing looks like, I will always say, "this is good. An ok drawing!"
I hope I can do that one so I can improve....

Aww, why is that? I can tell you're improving. If you want proof, just do what I do. Whenever I unearth a drawing from last year or so, and look at the new ones, there's always something a bit better. I suppose that always helps if you don't want to stalk people's art to check your progress.

I'm nowhere near where I want to be. I think by the time we have fursuits or whatever, we'll both be pretty darn good from all that practice, no?
