Here's my way too late part of my art trade with . I was supposed to draw his dragon Sigma together with his enemy Veparaeansu in an epic battle scene. Sigma's design is not atm in this picture because I took reference from an old char sheet. So yeah
I had no problems drawing Sigma but Vep kept me very busy for a long time, I needed over 15 tries to find the right pose for her. In the end I really like the way she turned out. Please don't mind if I'm bubbling nonsense right now, cause I was up for almost 24 hours today and I really need to get some sleep XDHmm... is there anything more to say? Don't know... *yawn* I'll think tomorrow bout it.
Edit1: Made the light on both dragons a bit stronger, especially the highlights on Vep's mane.
Edit2: Gave the background slightly different colors, it doesn't look so monotone anymore.

sooo...where to begin!? Gosh this was really worth the wait, its definitely THE best picture thats EVER been drawn for me!!! I meaannn everything is perfect! I was expecting a really good picture from you, but I have to say not this epic! XD All the details on Sigma and Vep are all just perfect! I REALLY adore how you drew Veps mane, she looks so pretty but also very savage as she is attacking Sigma! I just can't get over how detailed you can shade with cel shading 0-0 All those crease lines on the wings must have taken forever!! And its such a great result! I really admire how you can draw all the colour reflections in the scales and the highlights in Veps hair, it makes my eyes fall out D: now I have no eyez!! the poses are equally as good! I really love the way Sigma looks like he has flown quickly down and stopped in mid air to give Vep a nasty blast of fire ^^ And Veps pose is even moar epic! I LOVE how you made her wind around like that, it looks so awesome XD And you did a pretty good job of drawing her blade-ended tail too! I know I didnt draw it very well in the ref XD Its so funny seeing someone draw my OCs better than me! You have actually inspired me to draw Vep an actually ref sheet now because you drew her so well! Really, just everything is perfect! I can see nothing wrong with either of them! And the BG is just great too! It really gives a gloomy effect to the picture and sets a great scene for the fight :3 I love how you did the clouds (so much better than my attempt in your trade XD) and the mountain in the BG makes the BG look twice as good! Ahh you saw that I have now changed Sigma XD Well one of the main reasons I did this is because I wasnt very good at drawing dragon anatomy and I thought he looked really unoriginal, but somehow how you have drawn him makes him look much more original than I could ever have drawn him, and the anatomy is just perfect! Gosh, I could rant on forever XD but I think you get the point. i love it XD!! you make me ashamed of my part nao D: Just thanks soooo much!! Its the best drawing evver!!! <3

Vep is a really pretty character. Most lung dragons are looking so boring in my opinion (not try to offend anyone lol) but Vep has so many little unique features that make her look very special. I love her four arms and the long snout, they give her some demonic accents and those tail! I really messed it up I think... It just looks not as nice as some other parts XD" but at least the ends of the feathers seem to be sharp. Oh yeah I like to see a new sheet of her
Ah the scales! They almost killed me XD It was still much fun to cellshade them^^
But now I can't draw cellshading for months! This was too much for me *shivers*

I'm not an expert for drawing good BG's but I tried as best as I can. The colors of the sky and waves looked a bit too monotone so I changed it a bit afterwards.
Sigma's design is everything but unoriginal D: He's one of the prettiest dragons ever! There is no need to change him :3 But he looks also great in a raptor-like form. I love the design of the wings and the way you changed the tail. It's a nice feature that he can fold the ends of it now.
I was sooo happy about your part of the trade! It was the first time, somebody actually drew something for me and I wanted to make my part as awesome as yours

thank you very much :3 Yea, I find people dont draw lungs so well :/ they can revert to a really unoriginal Chinese orange and boring design a lot XD Yes, she does have lots of features :3 You drew them all so well too! Well, as Vep is quite evil I thought giving her some evil features would be a good idea :3 I love long snouts <3 And four arms makes her look kinda creepy I think ^^ I'm glad you like her anyways :3
I bet they did x-x just lining all of his scales on his ref did me in XD no matter cel shading them! But I cant cel shede for anything XD I am very much a smooth shader :/

Aww, I'm glad you think that ^^ I think he suited a raptor form more than a dragon, also raptors are much more rare to have rather than a dragon. Everyone has dragons XD but not raptors as much. Yea, I love his tail now too <3 Its the one feature I am fully pleased with! I have never likes his dragon form tail other than his twin-bladed one (the one you drew) but it just didnt suit his raptor form so well :/
