Description
The VFS has a small variety of fightercraft at their disposal for the patrolling of the skies and stars, and the Hightail model is one of the best they've managed to produce so far. Its armor isn't anything to write home about, and it isn't the most state-of-the-art vehicle to ever traverse the void, but its robust and reliable construction, high speed, and surprisingly heavy armament more than make up for its downfalls. Armed with a pair of railcannons, a spinal hyperfrequency laser diode, and plenty of internal and external mounting points for munitions, the Hightail is a deadly tool in the hands of a pilot capable of adeptly maneuvering the craft; its responsive control surfaces and angle-able fusion torch make movement fluid and swift- so long as the pilot is trained. Otherwise, it looks more like a cracked up rooster than a military machine.
