The Scythe is a vehicle designed by the Myriad Shores in cooperation with foreign advisors; in short its a chassis stripped of almost everything that could protect it, its loaded down with ammo and a power supply, and it has enough mounted weaponry to make a heavy tank blush. Each is unique, as the Scythe is not produced to an exact standard- different sectors and planets are bound to have different modifications, weapons, or entirely different internal setups, giving their crews a sense of pride and spirit as they determine their Scythe's unique identity. This, in part, keeps the tremors of panic and nerves from interfering with the crew, and that's probably the most useful defense the craft has, as its armor and shielding are virtually nonexistent. It makes up for this shortcoming with anywhere between 2 and 5 automatic cannons and machineguns, several laser emitters, a handful of grenade and rocket projectors, particle weaponry, and anything else its crew is able to safely tack on; some crews have turned it into a game, with the highest recorded number of guns mounted onto a single Scythe reportedly being 31.

All in all, the Scythe fulfills the role of a fast attack craft with nothing to lose and everything to unleash on its foes.
