Description
So here it is, my final artwork for 2015. I got The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind a few days ago and this is a portrait of my Nerevarine, Davina Telvanni. While she was born in Necrom to wealthy parents, she turned to theft for sport at an early age and ended up in Cyrodiil before she was fifteen. There she quietly stole her way to riches for decades, building a family upon her successes, until she took her craft one step too far and ended up imprisoned. As her son is killed in the Imperial Arena and her eldest daughter Sedrisa (who would soon become the Hero of Kvatch amidst her quest to find her mother) is left to look after the crumbling family, Davina herself is locked up for months before being returned to Morrowind with the emperor's pardon...And we're back to the Elder Scrolls. Just 'cause. I've been waiting to play Morrowind for so long and it's amazing
I'll probably draw more Davina soon because I just love drawing Dunmer - their skin is so much fun! After having some real issues with losing passion for art (and a couple of rough sketches in between) I think I'm back on track.

Beautiful picture! I wish I would be able to discover Morrowind once more; it was my entry place in the Elder Scrolls world and I would not leave it for an empire.

Oh man, this reminded me I've got Morrowind waiting for me, however I just started a new playthrough for Skyrim last week and already put quite a few hours in D:

Haha not really, but I should warn you the combat's a bit awkward, especially if you're coming right off the back of Skyrim. That's why I never finished it. But otherwise it's great! ^^

Well, I have a social life that's more social network than not (my friends and I live too far apart to meet often, sadly 
I'm also planning on throwing a lot of mods at it. I know I'll want one for the interface, there's the obligatory bug patches, the mods for better draw distances and such. Mostly performance mods, actually, as I kinda like the late 90's/very early 2000's graphical limitations and designs (guess when I grew up on videogames

The irony is that in a few moments I'm expecting a guest, and later this evening a few friends come visit to collect their cat which I was petsitting this week... (Also, you're from Australia right? Your distances are a lot greater than here in the Netherlands so I feel like I shouldn't complaint...)

I see that this is art from 2015 but it is one of your strongest in your gallery! Come back to the raw lines, strong edges, custom brushes, real dirty textures and subtle colors. Keep up the good work!

This is phenomenal, you always do great hair. Facial features are flawless.
The skin texture is masterful! As is the shading.
When I look at other people art I tend to examine areas that I am weak on, to learn from.
The shading where the nose meets the cheek, from there going to the mouth, and the shading at the edge of the mouth.
I have to say I am in awe of your skill in those areas. Probably a weird thing to get a comment on but I find those areas very hard to do.
