Just to show you the progression of my work. It is the first time I use Paint tool sai so I did the lineart by hand (shakkkkkky).... Until I found the linework layer!! At that moment my life changed!!!!So you have the upper part by hand and the lower done with the curve tool.. I'm too tired to redo it all over again.
I did the sketch at work (I know it's bad). I can't wait to see it with colors!! The pose is mine! I didn't copy from anyone!

EDIT: It misses the buttons on the coat sorry T______T in the final art it will be fixed

I did with Paint Tool Sai.
There is a "special" linework layer that enables you to do your lineart very easily (it took me less than 15min when I found the right tool)
Before I always used photoshop, but it was really hard to make a lineart. I just knew how to use the brush so I did the lineart free handed (not with the feather). [link] It takes a loooooooooot of time.

my hand shakes a lot too XD i'll try to get Paint Tool Sai then *ponders* i really wanna do my drawings colored aswell... since my scan sucks x.x

I understand that's why I do it digitaly now.
But still, I prefer real paper and pencil^^ It's easier to use.

you have the icon "new layer" above the layer list. And just on the right of this icon you have "new linework layer" Or you go in the menu "layer" on the top of the paint tool sai window and you clik on "new linework layer"
And in it you have everything to make a good lineart^^
