Ahahaha I finally finished this! or well...I finally re-did this!Anyway this is my Fallout OC
Well actually I just used my character from the game. (I spent forever getting her so awesome. To be honest I put some of her skills down. spent so many caps on implants.)
I tried a new lining thing while I was drawing this, going for thicker lines.
Drawing her armor was a paaaaain! but worth it.
I hope you all enjoy. :3

Hehehe, intense training would be a top perk seeing she has 6 more SPECIAL points then normal.
Unless she got some implants...

oooh yeah, I spent so many caps not to mention kept some of the implants from OWB.
Getting a special like that in the end took a lot of suffering at the beginning
I also picked perks that helped her get a boost like "small frame" and "four eyes"
which give her great gains but also hurt her which is why after all the caps and shit I did her endurance is only 5
her perception is higher only because of four eyes and with out the glasses it's 4
