See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikeda_ma…for an explanation of Ikeda maps. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voronoi_… for an explanation of Voronoi diagrams. Here I've taken the first 2100 points of the Ikeda map and drawn the Voronoi diagram as each point is added, stacking the latest diagram on top of the all the previous ones. Each diagram uses a different colour, which progresses through an almost-rainbow. (There's no violet.)
