I had this happen to me in a round once. Same spy. Six times. I killed this spy six times because he'd disguise himself as me and run right past me.
This is fail because not only was I the only BLU Medic, I would have been the only one to look like I do in my dA avatar. Look at that and tell me that is not distinctive. I literally counted down over team chat "fourth time I've killed this spy... fifth time... sixth... guys, just spycheck me if you see me." Especially since I have a particularly distinctive (and kind of long) username... oh, God, I couldn't stop laughing.

My last username was the table flip emoticon, but it showed up on my computer as a bunch of boxes, so that didn't really work out for me.
My current username is Jar of Dirt, which is somewhat easier to remember.
