What a fantastic painting of Layer!

The colouring technique is gorgeous. You could've gone two way with the background - one with more details (such as more computers, or blurred out effect of other megaman characters or navigators working) or one that's simpler, which is what you have. I like what you've done with the simple gradient. It's almost as if the computer screen or the keyboard is emitting that glow. I also like the armour shading you've done for Layer - gives it a "metal"and stronger build by putting rectangular gradient shading on her chest armour.

Layer looks great - you've got her details down. And I really like her sitting pose - her "hard at work" pose. One critique I have is that her arm seems to be a little bit short. It may just be the angle or that her arm armor pieces cut at a strange position. The line art is crisp. I like the details you put on Layer's finger. Only thing I can spot is the circle at her leg armour is a bit crooked. Also I believe the lineart is slightly blue/violet. It looks really good that way instead of s solid black.

Overall, a very nicely done piece of Layer. Hope to see more from you!
