I'm working on a biography on these twins, they're rock singers, this picture was used as the cover of their debut album, "Rock's Siamese Twin Sweethearts".
Some biographical information:
They were born joined back to back, their names are Morgan and Amy St. Claire, Morgan's the blonde, Amy's the redhead. Those are their natural hair colors, they were born with a condition called Leidner-Bullard Syndrome, which causes identical twins(Siamese twins are always identical twins) to be born with different colored hair(don't bother looking it up, I made the condition up). They released their first album in the fall of 1987, and the lead single, "2 Heads (R Better Than 1)", went to the top of the charts.
