I love Paint.Net. It is my alpha for coloring my stuffs. I also tried another programs, but this one is the winner (at least for me, I don't blmae the others). Paint.net FTW!

Of course you can. Look at my gallery. :3 It was all, mostly, made in Paint.net and maybe edited for shading in gimp.

it's very possible to make stamps in paint.net

it is suggested that you utilize the layers function of paintDOTnet to further your art

i usually save everything as a jpeg. every site accepts jpegs so it's alot easier

Don't save it in a PDN file. Save it in gif, or png.
