Redkit had an amazing kithood with her siblings Brindlekit and Goosekit as they played every other day to their hearts content and kept each other close. Because of this, Redkit got very little proper social skills to develop causing her to look at warriors showing affection and wishing she could show affection to a tom even at a young age. Despite this small push back, Redkit was still a joyful little kit and adored her mother Witheredface. While her mother had a part of her face missing from wolves, who attacked her when she foolishly stepped in their territory, she still saw nothing but beauty in her. The clan of course made sure that she would forever remember her mistake by nicknaming her Witheredpaw but even in the pain her mother still found joy in life with her father Robinheart. The tom was loving and cared for Redkit, Brindlekit and Goosekit when Witheredface wasn't around to watch them play and would sometimes even play with them. Determined to make her mother proud and happy, she promised to her that she'd be the best warrior she'd ever seen.

[Apprenticeship]
Redpaw's lack of social skills quickly became a disadvantage for her as she couldn't seem to find the proper words for what she wanted to say. If she tried speaking, a jumble of uncomprehensible words would replace the ones she meant to say. However, it didn't matter too much to her as she had her littermates by her side in her training and her mentor, Firefleck, was an amazing warrior. To her, she'd fulfill her promise to her mother quickly and easily. Starclan thought otherwise though and in a dream she saw a rough looking tom who seemed completely unlike a clan cat yet a curiosity at the same time. Who was he? A moon or two had passed before she went for a walk late in the night and spotted a tom along Valleyclan's borders. A rogue by the smell but they didn't seem to notice her at all. Perfect for Redpaw though and almost as though it were a game she leaped into the light of the moon and saw surprise fill the tom's gaze. He seemed to be quite a bit older and definitely taller. Her fun didn't die out though as she began to purr," what? Never seen a she-cat before?" She teased as the tom glared down at her before rolling his eyes." Of course I have. Just not a kit. Especially a clan born kit who should be with her mother." Redpaw gave a grumpy look to the stranger and growled," I'm not a kit! I'm 8 moons old and I'm an apprentice of Alderclan. You however are too close to our border so.. if you-" she stopped as she noticed the tom looking at her with an odd look." Ok Red. Whatever you say." Her fur bristled," it's Red*paw*! Now as I was saying, if you could get off our land before I chase you off it then it'd be much easier for both of us." He still smiled and put a paw on her head, ruffling her fur."Ok, Red*paw* I'm Comet and I don't think you could do very much aside annoy me." He teased before turning away," but if it makes you happy then I suppose I'll leave. See you in a couple days." He hesitated with the last part causing Redpaw to stare at the tom with shock.
Little did she know but after that night, Comet and Redpaw began to meet in private and when she was finally 12 moons she had confessed her love for the tom. He supported her, he was kind and loving like her family yet willing to tease her too. He seemed perfect in her mind and debated often whether to invite him to the clan or not but before she could decide she was made a warrior.

Redpaw, now Redflower, had been so distracted by her secret love that her promise to her mother seemed only like a dream causing Witheredface to notice quickly what was going on. She didn't know with who but she knew Redflower was in love as she seemed much more happy in the first moon as a warrior. Confronting her about it though didn't give her any answers and while Redflower would have loved to tell her mother she feared she'd break her heart. She wasn't supposed to be seeing Comet but she was and she couldn't keep herself from longing for his affection. Soon into her life as a warrior though she began to develop signs of becoming a mother to kits. Scared by this, she finally went to her mother at 14 moons and spilled her secret. To her surprise, Witheredface wasn't mad or even disappointed, she was a little upset that she'd broken the code yes but she offered as much support for Redflower as possible. It was scary to be a mother after all. Comet however wasn't very to find out she had kits, to him it seemed like a death sentence and would lead the clan to hunt him like a piece of prey. Out of fear, the tom fled from the clans without a single word to Redflower. Heart broken, the she-cat did her best to stay determined and decided it was best to focus on the future and her kits.
Moons had passed and her belly had only grown more but she began to feel ill. She had a horrible fever, her mood had dropped unexpectedly and was severely dehydrated despite access to plenty of water. On one fateful night though, the she-cat began to gave birth in the medicine cat den but knew as soon as she saw the tiny kits that they were far from alive. They seemed as though they never grew much and caused for Redflower to mourn for them as though they were clanmates. Severely depressed, the she-cat spent quite a lot of time in the medicine cat den and was becoming more and more like a ghost than a living cat. Her mother, during this time had left her to grieve until she was 23 moons. "My flower, you can't stay in here for the rest of your life. You still have a future and it brings me pain that you sit in here and waste it." Those words alone meant the world to Redflower, not only had she hurt her mother but she had ignored her and now she was an elder. With the help of her sisters Brindlepelt and Goosesplash she recovered quickly and began to live like a normal warrior again. Seeking affection again though she met another tom and they quickly got together as though they had little time. Soon enough she was pregnant with kits again and the cycle had restarted. Her kits died before she could give birth to them properly and because of this, she knew Starclan was telling her to stop, wait and let them handle her future. She still loved kits though and envied the she-cats that could actually have them as if she thought they weren't cursed like her.
