Yes, she did mention feeling cold by the end of the Fallout photo shoot. Everyone else was fine as most were wearing nice, warm vault suits or power armour.

I guess she liked that particular outfit in the game. Plus inside the convention halls it's always very warm so she probably had that in mind when she chose the costume.
