currently I'm using MyPaint, which is a very simplistic painting program (that I current like very much) that comes with ubuntu.
Other than that, I generally use OpenCanvas :3

you know, it's kind of funny. I actually know a real band. their band is called "Something Beautiful". while the lead singer helps with the music at church, he plays heavy metal music. :3
