Description
Tychus is a member of the same race as Kalion, and is his 'I talk a big game but I'm actually a big teddy bear" boyfriend. The two of them are part of an as-yet unnamed faction of military police that are sent on missions to help and protect younger species within their sphere of influence.

Tychus was born on a world of dense forests and rugged mountains, and this wild, somewhat dangerous upbringing contributed to his considerable physical abilities. He is known through his precinct as a strong and cunning warrior, and the kind of person you want to have your back in a fight. He and Kalion met at the Academy and after a fair bit of unrequited pining ended up thrown together. He's a pretty intense guy, kinda gruff and cocky, but around Kal he melts and just wants cuddles.

Tychus is also a talented shapeshifter. While most members of his species are capable of it, Ty is very adept and is able to assume many different animal forms. This is largely due to the fact that Tychus suffers from a genetic quirk that causes his physical form to be somewhat fluid and unstable. While this aids him in changing his physical form and healing from injuries quickly, it also can cause bits of him to just harmlessly fall off if he's not paying attention, sort of like a dullahan. While not super uncommon (it's largely considered a party trick in most cases, like being double jointed), Ty was really insecure about his condition, which he saw as a weakness and a vulnerability. With help from Kal, however, he's starting to come around to the idea of it being not so bad, especially since it opens up all sorts of creative new ways to tease his shy country boyfriend...
