You did a great job on editing the girl's photo, on the "drawn-like" look. Though I wanted to point on some weird things. For example now she has very sharp contours, especially on the dress, on the left side of it these ones are highlited, but n a very thin line. Wall behind her could be in defocus, what explains blurry look, but there are black things on the bottom of the screen which then should be not in focus too (but thats just me goind nerdy cos pic probably had to look like painted). As for other things - there is an area with green color to the left of her face. That could be because of smoke, but its only on that small area, maybe it would be better to make the smoke more obvious or just reduce the amount of green. Probably lights on the girl need to be closer to orange.
Something like that. I haven't watched Game of Thrones, maybe I could say more if I did.
