ZUTARA WEEK 2009Day 5: Rhythm (sort of)
True story T_T
The only thing that I could think about was my lame assignment on Rhythm back in my first year [I got a CD instead of my usual ABs, AAs
], and how the koi fish in Avatar swimming around each other creates a rhythm. I got dizzy thinking of bothAt least I managed some Zutara chibi action (:

Not art, but archirecture. And we're doubly screwed cos besides learning theories of art we also have to take engineering subjects like structures and mechanics...

i didnt know architecture involved rhythm unless its those weird twisting buildings u find at like disneyland or some random theme park.

Architecture being part of the creative arts, to understand it you have to understand the basics of art itself, which is why we were taught basic design principles like rhythm, proportion, contrast, etc. in our first year.
You should google "Rhythm in Architecture". It's not just limited to theme parks (:

yeaa i have seen "weird" buildings before besides those within theme parks. theres a museum in my city one would consider artistic if there wasnt so much grass on the roof
