Im not sure how it is done. Its a mental disease. Some of us are sick and some of us heal and have stronger immunity to it.

ah that is amazing! i spend hours in photoshop. it doesn't matter what i do, it would never be as good as your pics...

You should read Art and Fear, a good book. It changed my outlook on why I make art. If understood, it helps to strengthen ones confidence and security in making art, and diminish the feelings of not being as "good" as another artist.
