Here's the template for my Ultimate Squad meme.

Here's what each role represents:

Leader - Somebody to lead the team and make decisions (duh!)
2nd Leader - Because there's 25 people in the team, there needs to be a second leader, just in case.
Brains - Someone who's smart. They would make all the plans and give advice to the leaders.
Medic - Someone who needs to treat the team's injuries, because that's what a Medic is, right?
Scientist - Someone who always commits research into new technologies, or studying existing ones.
Marksman - Someone who's great at using guns, especially a sniper rifle.
Demolitionist - Someone who's an expert at blowing stuff up, and using dangerous weaponry.
Robot - A robot. Any one would do.
Stealth Expert - Someone who is able to perform a mission undetected.
The Dumb One - Somebody who comes up with the stupidest ideas.
Lone Wolf - Someone who prefers going solo while doing tasks.
Tank - Someone who can take and handle a massive deal of damage.
Ultimate Badass - There needs to be an ultimate badass in the team. I'll let you decide on that!
Engineer - Somebody who has a knack for anything electronic or mechanical. They would do various stuff, like studying weapons or vehicles, and of course, repairing them or making modifications.
Support - Somebody who there's to lend everybody a hand, and has a balanced set of abilities.
Joker - Basically the person that likes to goof around and try and make some people laugh.
Scout - Somebody who's quick, nimble and can traverse various terrain to get to their destination.
Hacker - Someone who's also got an interest in electronics, but mainly into computers.
Powerhouse - Somebody who can deal loads of damage to enemies.
Explorer - Somebody who would go around and finding all sorts of goodies for the team to use.
Assault - Your basic tough guy.
Morale Booster - Somebody who tries to keep the team's spirits up.
Jack of All Trades - Somebody who has a job at pretty much everything.
Cannon Fodder - The one who's draws the enemies' fire and gets killed quickly.
Last Resort - When things get REALLY bad and when there's nobody else to turn to, the team asks this guy for help.
