Well, if its the first one, she must be all stuffed up and is probably quite uncomfortable (and is going to need a lot of prune juice).

As far as the second one goes, I think that she might have lost the valve in a certain spot.Β  She might have a giant balloon in her, and it shifted, making the valve inaccessible without a little help figuring where it is.

Weight might change how she walks. Air would make it easier than being full of food, babies, or water (or beer for something interesting). She also might have a cart of some kind under her belly, which would make it easier to move with lots of weight. Either way, is still will be quite a show.
