EDIT #2: So I've been away from DA for a couple of months and I come back to find my inbox chock-full of messages. It took me a few moments to realise this was due to this image receiving a Daily Deviation!

With two weeks of message build ups there's no way I can get through the 2000 or so messages I've received to thank everyone individually, so I wanted to add this edit to do that.

My thanks to everyone who has viewed, fav'ed and watched this image. And extra special thanks to ~ShengDaFlashPRo for the suggestion and ^artofkerem for the feature.

EDIT: I put the original image up on a couple of forms and received some awesome feedback. In particular my thanks to the guys at the DLF (Digital Labourers Federation).

With their advice I've gone ahead and made some fairly drastic changes. Hopefully everyone thinks its for the better

I watched Roger Rabbit a week or so ago for the first time in about 10 years, and the first time since becoming an animator. Seeing some of the animation, particularly in the opening sequence with Baby Herman really inspired me and I've been trying to get a little bit more 'zaney' into my work.

I love some of the facial expressions Roger makes in that movie, so much in fact that this mouth was modelled off a Roger Rabbit drawing.
