Hey guys!! It's been a while hasn't it?This semester is almost over and since it is my last one I'm pretty much dying right now lol And I've been having a pretty terrible art block, whenever I feel like drawing I have no good ideas or I have no energy to draw so....yeah, it's been kinda sucky, but I'm motivated to get back to drawing as soon as I'm done with college so look forward for more art! (hopefully!)
SO, yesterday was Mother's Day here in Costa Rica and I figured I would post this here, since I posted Roy for Father's Day, now it is Riza's turn
You already know Adrien, my Royai child, the little girl here is my other Royai child, Camille Mustang
So yeah, Riza with her two tiny kids cause I'm weak and I need otp babies to liveNot really sure what inspired this, apart from a song with that title that has nothing to do with the picture anyway? xD Just a random image that popped into my mind when I thought about Mother's Day
Clothing in the fma world confuses me, so I just improvised lol hopefully I didn't do too badly
As per usual, I have no freaking idea how to draw grass but let's just ignore the very very lame background...I tried

Also what are you talking about?! That grass looks really great! And you did a really good job on their clothes (and I know exactly what you mean, fma clothes are slightly strange but also cool)

Also, question - why is the ship called Royai? I mean, I just the 'Roy' bit, but the 'ai' bit? xD

It's so frustrating xD Like it seems to come from a certain time period (around the 1910's and 1920's) but then there's things that don't seem to belong in that time period and I just asdfghj, so improvising it is xD

I'm not entirely sure tbh? I was just as confused the first time I heard it. This is what I got from a wiki xD "The first part of "Royai" Roy is his name, and the end "ai" is likely from the "eye" in "Hawkeye", making the word a portmanteau. However, "ai" also means "love" in Japanese."
It is a little weird to me tbh, never heard a ship name like it before, but I'll go with it lol
