Description
Without a ring one cannot propose to somepony. Frowny knew that full well. And after a lot of thinking and scolding from Tourmaline, Frowny realized he should make one himself. So now he's doing just that.A gem being formed from alchemy by sacrificing his own magical lifeforce. And raw gold ore being carried by Tourmaline. The perfect ingredients for a perfect ring. Don't you say?

This is an interesting concept for My Little Pony, the idea of putting your life-force into the ring really shows commitment, it shows that you have to REALLY want to do this. Its a great concept, I live for art like this, its original, its interesting, and it makes me wish that everyone could come up with things like this.
The effects on the horns are also different from what you usually see on unicorn horns when they perform magic. Most of all though I love the character design, Frowny's hair and facial expression are just beautiful, and I love how Tourmaline is staring at the gem as if he is unsure about the whole situation.
Overall its a nice smooth picture and is very appealing to the eye.
