ahh it's not a species! ^^ they're just hybrids/creatures/cats infused with dragon dna (it'd be mean for me to put a big "MINE" label on such a broad species, you know?) So yeah anyone can make them since they're not owned by anyone ^^ it'd be the same if I made regular cat adopts and sold them, if that makes sense? c:
