PERSONALITY

    Adventurous - There is very little that Rabbit won't try at least once. He rarely backs down from a challenge. He doesn't think of the dangerous to himself, but if others are involved he'll be more careful so they don't end up hurt.

    Caring - Rabbit can be very caring. He'll do his most to protect a clanmate. And he'll die to protect those he loves.

     Loyal - It isn't hard to gain his loyalty. But that doesn't mean he doesn't value it. He'll do anything for his friends. Do something to hurt that loyalty and expect to be shunned for a long time.

     Stubborn - Rabbit goes his way whether it's easy or hard. He can sometimes be rather prideful in his stubbornness.

     Rash - Diving head first into a problem is what he does best. Wasting time by over thinking isn't something you'll find him doing. He has a hard time waiting for things.

    HISTORY

    Chapter 01: Kit

    Born to loving parents, Rabbitkit's very early life was great. After he had opened his eyes and learned to walk he would be with his sister Sycamorekit all the time. They played, took naps, and got baths from their mother together. But as they got a little older, enough where they could meet with the other kits in the nursery, Rabbitkit neglected his sister in his excitement of all the new. On the day he was going to make it up to her, he overheard some queens talking and learned that Sycamorekit had not come from his mother like he had. He heatedly confronted the gossiping queens but they had hushed up and only shooed him away. They couldn't be telling the truth, he thought. They were wrong. Sycamorekit was his sister. But doubt crept in and it festered. Rabbitkit now just avoids her as best he can, and is harsh and short with her when he can't.
    Rabbitkit had a lot of fun once he got to know Robinkit. When the two of them go together, you never know what would happen. (Though usually it involved poop). Robin's brother, Falconkit, was also fun, but not was not as much of a goof. His relationship with Sycamore has not improved.

    Chapter 02: Apprentice

    Became an apprentice along side his sister, Robinkit, Falconkit, Duckkit and Sootkit. He was picked to be mentored by a tom named Magpie. Made enemies with Falconpaw when Rabbitpaw and Robinpaw were flinging things from a tree at other cats. Falconpaw climbed up to stop them but Robinpaw jumped down onto his brother and they both fell. He is blamed as being a bad influence on Robinpaw.
    With the new kits being taken in, there was an outbreak of sickness in the clan. Rabbitpaw became very sick and was confined to the medicine cat's den. But he would often sneak out to get away from the stuffy and boring den. That's how he met Robinpaw and Falconpaw's sister, Cricketkit, for the first time. She convinced him to stay in the den because it was the only way he'd get better sooner. But because of the time it took Rabbit to get over sick, he was behind his friends in apprentice training and had to watch as they became warriors and he did not. But he was fine with it whenever he was around Cricketpaw. He tried to help her get over her fear of hurting prey, but found there was no quick fix for her. She did do well play-fighting though, so Rabbit has hopes she will make it to warrior on time.
With all this Cricketpaw helping, Rabbit found he really did enjoy being around her. After she comforted him after a fight with Robinwing, he realized how much he liked her. He even gave some her a huge hint, which made her blush and stutter. Rabbit took that as a good sign.
  He told cricket how much he liked her but she shied away, saying she wasn't ready. He was upset but understood. Gave her space.

Chapter 03: Warrior

Was named Rabbitdash and given an apprentice, Nuthatchpaw. The big apprentice was a hassle to train, as the young tom was loud and rambunctious. Rabbit tried to get Nuthatch's friend to train fighting moves with them, but Nut didn't want that. He tried to force Nuthatch to participate by springing onto Asterpaw, but Nut didn't take it well and threw Rabbit off his friend. There were no hard feelings, but the mentor and apprentice did talk less afterwards. Nut became a warrior later.
  Winter came and with it the loss of some life in Oakclan. Watched as Robinwing's kit fell from a tree and was fatally injured. Later, Robin died as well. This left Rabbit devastated. It made him realize how precious those he cared about are to him. Letting Cricketsong have her space became too much for him and he asked her on a walk. He was going to see how she was doing, as Robinwing was her brother, but it dissolved more into his own feeling. He confessed he wanted to be with her and not wait anymore. He feared losing her before they could be together. Cricket did not take it well, as she was still not ready. The death of her brother had her reeling and afraid to be close to another in fear of losing them and getting hurt more. Realizing this was putting too much pressure on her, Rabbit relented and apologized.
During winter, after Robin's death, Rabbit developed the habit of sleeping outside the warrior's den... despite snow covering the ground. He just couldn't sleep in that den without Robin. Cricket found out and eventually convinced Rabbit he could sleep in her nest until he felt comfortable again. He agreed, and did eventually sleep in his own nest again. He will forever be thankful to Cricket for helping him.
Spring brought with it a fresh start. Rabbit spent most time hunting and patrolling boarders. There was a short trip with Cricket to the river so she could teach him how to fish, like they had planned but never done when they were apprentices. Rabbit only ended up catching river weeds. But he was happy to spend time with the brown warrior and have it feel natural again.
An influx of rogue activity in the territory had the Clan on high alert. Rabbit ended up meeting one when out with Cricket and it ended with him nearly drowned and Cricket with a slashed paw. But they survived together and it only made Rabbit more determined to be with there for his love no matter what comes.

Ravenpaw shook his head, ridding himself temporarily of the annoying wetness. So much for the nice day. StarClan seemed content to let the clans be soaked to the bone for awhile longer. Though, the black apprentice was hopeful that the rain would stop someday, and just prayed it was soon. But for now it was doing a slow job of washing the mud from his friend’s fur and a quick job of getting on his nerves.
“Maybe they just don’t like bird?” Ravenpaw tried with a lighthearted smile then turned serious as he struggled to recall what he’d seen of the monster days before. “They’re bigger than a bush and very fat. Or… rather, they’re very wide. The eyes I saw were so far apart. Though, that means they must have short legs.” The realization made Ravenpaw snort out a laugh at the mental image that had formed. It served to lull him into a state of safety, especially with the Thunderpath not living up to its loud namesake.
“Maybe before one farts by you should take a bath.” He said and poked Smokepaw hard in the ribs. “I hear the ditch water is just perfect this time of year.”
