Description
The opposite number of the Dark Goddess, Pharina is also known as the Arbiter of Justice. Her command of the powers of light is as powerful as Kallisti's control over the powers of darkness, and she provides the critical, selfless logical balance to Kallisti's usual emotional, impulsive chaos. Some believe she is utterly incapable of strong emotion, or even any emotion at all. Kal has a lot more combat experience but Pharina has a lot of powers specifically designed to counter infernal powers, so they pretty much balance each other out. Hard to say who'd win; it probably would just be a stalemate.
Luckily they don't actually fight each other very much; they have a few universes to run.

Ok, that makes sense. I think it would be funny though if they got close to each other and when they would go to fight they would be like ordinary people. Tee hee. The only way to solve the dispute would be a slapping contest.
